Case Studies of Actions to improve Children's Health and Environment, implementing CEHAPE

WHO publishes case-study book with examples of how children's environmental health has been improved across the pan-European region, by governments, NGOs, local authorities, hospitals and trade-unions. The book contains a.o. the M&S and WECF case study on improving drinking water and sanitation in the school of the village Garla Mare in Romania, page 27.

The case-studies can be used as examples what priorities to set for implementing the CEHAPE - Children's Environmental Health Action Plan for Europe, which the governments agreed on at the ministerial conference on health and environment in Budapest, June 2004.
